Terms
Website information is general and is not legal, architectural, engineering or financial advice. Scope, cost, schedule and permit outcomes are not guaranteed. A website inquiry does not create a construction or professional-services agreement. Only a signed written agreement defines the responsible entity and accepted work.
Responsibilities and project acceptance
Engineering services and signed engineering documents are provided by Apice Engineering LLC under the responsibility of PE Rodrigo DePaula, where included in the agreed scope. Each proposal identifies the contracting entity, professional responsibilities, exclusions and permit requirements. Project acceptance depends on scope, location and delivery capacity.
