No. A request starts a review; it is not a contract or confirmation of availability. No construction agreement exists until the scope and responsible entity are agreed in writing.
What should I include?
Plans, location, project stage, requested work and schedule constraints — whatever exists today.
Who will I be working with?
Daniel Jorge, the founding principal, runs every engagement personally. The firm does not assign principals by rotation.
Who provides engineering?
Engineering services and signed engineering documents are provided by Apice Engineering LLC under the responsibility of PE Rodrigo DePaula, where included in the agreed scope.
Is owner-side advisory included with construction?
Owner-side advisory work — due diligence, feasibility, entitlements and supervision — is a separate engagement, offered only when expressly agreed.

Across Florida, with the deepest experience in the Central Florida and Greater Orlando market. Project acceptance depends on scope, location and delivery capacity.
